Yes, Aqua Bay has made efforts to accommodate guests with mobility needs. Our property features concrete walkways and ramps to support wheelchair and walker access. Please note that we do not have an elevator though, so stairs must be used to access second and third floor units. We encourage you to contact us prior to booking if you have specific accessibility needs so we can ensure a comfortable stay.

No, there are no elevators at Aqua Bay Club. Access to second and third floor condos is by stairs only. If mobility is a concern, please let us know before booking and we’ll do our best to place you in one of our amazing ground floor units, if available.

Aqua Bay offers spacious 2-bedroom condos, each spanning 1,300 square feet and comfortably sleeping up to six guests. Whether you’re soaking in the beachfront patio views or cooking in a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to relax and enjoy quality time with friends and family.

Our condos come with a range of thoughtful amenities, including central air conditioning, beach and bathing towels, cable TV, ceiling fans, linens and blankets, free Wi-Fi, hair dryers, highchairs and cribs (available upon request and on a first come, first served basis), housekeeping services, phone access, and screened patios.

Yes! Each condo at Aqua Bay comes with its own high-speed internet connection and private wireless router. Guests enjoy free, unlimited Wi-Fi throughout their stay, with easy-to follow connection details provided in each unit.

We have both! Aqua Bay has a beachfront pool and jacuzzi overlooking Seven Mile Beach and the Caribbean Sea, ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach.

Yes, we have 2 gas Weber grills on the beach under the sea grape trees. They’re available on a first-come, first-served basis and easy to operate using built-in timers. Please make sure to clean up after use and turn off the gas when you’re done.

To turn on lights, please use timer which is located on the hut nearest the grills. To activate the gas, turn on timer located between the two grills. Turn knobs and push ignite button. Please leave them clean and turn off the gas after each use. Please do not attempt to use charcoal in these grills.

Yes, each condo includes a secure safe that you can operate using a 4-digit code. For security, we ask that you leave the safe open upon departure. Aqua Bay Club is not responsible for lost valuables, so we recommend storing important items in the safe.

Yes, Aqua Bay has a complimentary, shared laundry room that is open 24 hours a day and is located behind the office building. Please be mindful not to leave laundry unattended for extended periods so other guests can use the machines too.

Yes. Each unit includes one dedicated parking space, free of charge. Guests are asked to limit vehicles to one per condo. Aqua Bay Club is not responsible for items left in vehicles.

The safe can be operated by a 4-digit code. To open safe: press in the correct 4-digit code, door will open automatically. To lock safe: enter your 4-digit code, then key, door will be closed automatically. After the 4-digit code is set, the safe can only be opened/locked under this code unless the safe has been reset. Upon departure, please leave the safe open.

Yes, Aqua Bay offers plenty of shaded options between our thatched palapas, straw beach huts, and pink umbrellas on the pool deck. These are available to all guests on a first-come basis.

Yes, we have over 40 chairs and loungers available on the pool desk and beach areas. Please keep lounge chairs within the beach area of Aqua Bay Club and do not take them off-property. For environmental and safety reasons, placing our chairs in the sea is not permitted. Guests are welcome to reserve a lounge chair or hut by placing a towel on it; however, if it remains unused for more than 30 minutes, it may be claimed by another guest. Towels or personal items left on unused chairs for extended periods may be removed by staff to ensure availability for others. These items will be held at the Front Desk for your convenience. If you move a lounge chair, kindly return it to its original location within Aqua Bay Club’s designated beach area. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Yes, Aqua Bay offers a few floaty options to use in the pool or Caribbean Sea. For a wider selection of pool and beach toys, we’d recommend renting from a local provider, Tourin’ Tots, as they deliver and pick up rental gear any where on the island for free.

Yes, Aqua Bay offers complimentary beach towels for each registered guest. For fresh towels, leave used ones on your bathroom floor for housekeeping to exchange or visit our front desk. Please bring your towel back with you from the beach and avoid leaving towels outside overnight.

Guests may check in at 3 p.m. and must check out by 11 a.m.

Check-in time is 3 p.m. Early check-ins are subject to approval by management and are only available if the room is not reserved back-to-back. If an early check-in cannot be accommodated, we offer luggage storage at the Front Desk.

A valid credit card is required on file to cover any incidental damage or loss that may occur during your stay. This is usually the same card provided at the time of booking. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at check-in.

Housekeeping services are provided daily except for Sundays and public holidays.

Our housekeepers replenish complimentary items as needed, and beach towels can be exchanged daily on a one-for-one basis. Linens are changed twice a week, but more frequent changes can be arranged by request. For any extra linens, towels, or blankets, just contact the Front Desk. If you have a preferred time for service, please let the front desk know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Dishwashing is not part of our standard housekeeping service. If you would like to arrange for this service, please contact the Front Desk (945-4728).

For your convenience, a guest laundry facility is located at the back of the office building, two doors down from our housekeeping laundry and open 24 hours for your personal use. Please remove the reference to service. While there is no charge to use the laundry facilities, please be conscious of others that wish to wash and do not leave clothes in the washer or dryer for an extended period. Water is precious, help us conserve it as much as possible.

In case of fire, sound the alarm by activating the fire alarm (located on the stairs). Telephone the fire department (911), evacuate the building, and assemble on the tennis court located across the street. The manager will check to ensure that all persons are out of the building. Then, wait for further instructions before re-entering the building.

Citizens of the United States, Canada, Great Britain, and most EU nations do not need a travel visa to enter the Cayman Islands. However, passport holders from many countries in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East will require a visa to clear Customs. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it’s best to consult the Cayman Islands government website.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance ahead of your trip—it can offer valuable protection and peace of mind in the event of unexpected changes, delays, or emergencies during your travels.

Renting a car on Grand Cayman is recommended if you want the flexibility to explore the island. Aqua Bay is conveniently located to several of the island’s top attractions.
