The beach and pool were very clean. You are able to snorkel right from the beach. Within a fifteen minute walk you will find Fosters Supermarket for grocery’s, a liquor store, and a few restaurant's. Public bus transport was available right in front of the condos where for $2.50 US you can get to places such as Camana Bay, and George Town. El departamento súper equipado, lavavajillas, heladera con dispenser de hielo, horno/microondas, cafetera, tostadora, TODOS los utensilios para cocinar, juegos de mesa, libros, snorkel y juegos de playa para los chicos. Estar a metros de la pileta y de playa y de tu habitación no tiene precio!!.. el departamento está perfectamente mantenido. También tiene una parrilla a gas y como Argentino y fanático del asado tengo que decir que me sorprendió, y cocinó perfecto!! A 5 minutos tenes un supermercado muy completo. Great stay I spent a great deal of time researching the various hotel and condo options on Seven Mile Beach and ultimately booked Aqua Bay, as it offered the best price for the location. We almost booked the Villas of the Galleon, and we're pleased we didn't. Almost every aspect of the condo complex was highly positive. There were three significant drawbacks: 1) In unit #5, the mattresses were well past their prime, making it quite challenging to get a good night's sleep. One mattress had a very extreme sag in the middle portion. 2) The second bathroom had not been renovated, and the shower was very weak and of low quality. 3) The waves at the beach are larger than what you would find near the major resorts in central Seven Mile Beach. It can be pretty challenging for some younger children and older folks to get into the water even on calmer days. This is combined with the rocks/coral that start about 2 feet into the water. It improves slightly if you walk about 5 mins down the beach towards Cemetery Beach. Not a deal breaker, but good to know. Every other aspect of Aqua Bay Club was extremely positive. We stayed for 8 nights starting the last week of June and there were less than four people on the beach (including the neighboring properties). They provided Tide pods for their free laundry. Maid service daily did an amazing job keeping everything clean and tidy. The extremely friendly and accommodating front desk provided us with an additional bed and other items for toddlers. The kitchen was fully stocked and also included a coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.. There were coffee filters, but you'd likely want to bring spices and as much food as possible. The grocery store was just up the road. I would recommend a rental car as the walk is quite hot, and it looks like they have wheel locks on the grocery carts, which may prevent you from borrowing them (I think they use other methods to allow this). Just note that it can be slightly tricky to exit the parking lot of the condo complex with a car. I'd also recommend getting bottled water, jugs of filtered water, or bringing a water filter as the tap water didn't have a pleasant taste (personal preference). Outdoor propane grills were excellent and kept clean. Most units had snorkel fins and one or two noodles. They have a few floats, but we did not see any leftover sand toys. There was a good amount of fish on the left side of the beach on the rocks, but not much as far as coral. The pool was slightly warmer than the ocean water and was a huge hit with the kids. The pool is illuminated at night. The wifi router is in each unit. Ours did not reach the back bedroom, but did reach out to the pool. A/C was fantastic throughout the whole unit. The property overall was fairly quite. Almost no noise from the pool and the back bedroom did not get much noise from the road. I think that it being behind the office helped block some of the road noise. The beach was immaculate, and there was no seaweed anywhere on Seven Mile Beach. Lovely property with friendly and helpful staff throughout. Property is very well maintained. Laundry is communal but we never had to line up for it. Even during peak March Break, it did not feel crowded and all vacationers at Aqua Bay were respective of the resort rules around noise, etc. The beach right in front of the property was top-notch: white sand, not rocky, not a lot of seaweed, clear water. You are able to enjoy amazing snorkelling as well without leaving the resort area. Incredible location - white sand, not rocky, no sea wood. The crowd staying here were respectful of noise restrictions. A true oasis from the louder Seven Mile beach crowd. Easy to get to places but didn't need to go anywhere else for a beach and pool; clean, had everything we needed in the condo because we did eat in for some dinners and everyday for breakfast. Beautiful views and great snorkeling This is our second visit to Aqua Bay Club. It is near perfection -the most stunning views from the balcony, great snorkeling, and a quiet beach. It is also within walking distance to a grocery store. We will miss it, but doubt if we will be returning once they tear down this adorable 3 story building and replace it with a 10 story structure. I must be missing something, because I don't find anything 'decrepit' about this building. Every appliance worked very well and the condo was impeccable. - 2/09/2026

Our family of four stayed in apartment #15 the last week of July. I mean, guys and gals, unbelievable!
The apartment itself was clean, well appointed, and had a spectacular view of the beach. The grounds were well maintained and a real treat to briefly walk through to the beach. You really can’t do better as far as their beach—best sand and water in the Caribbean in our opinion! Words can’t do it justice.

Aqua Bay Club was great for our family. The grounds were well maintained and the staff always responded with any questions we had. We stayed in unit 3 (ground level). Aqua Bay Club is a set of 18 cottage-style condos right on the beach. The views are great, the condos themselves are nice and there's great snorkeling on the doorstep. Staff couldn't be nicer. Was just what we were hoping for; would return again. - 2/17/2026

Restaurants were a little bit of a distance, but the transit system (public buses for $2.50 per person in US currency) were dependable and very affordable. Spent a week here with my family. Claudette and staff are very welcoming, friendly and offered excellent service and keep the complex extremely clean. Wow, what an amazing place to stay! We stayed in unit 1 and it was perfect. From the moment we opened the front door we knew it was going to be a great vacation. The view was unmatched straight out into the Caribbean. Walked right out our screened porch barefoot past the pool and into the ocean. Floated in our snorkel gear straight down to cemetery beach and back. The house was well maintained and clean. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Pool was perfect temp in May. Parking was easy. Laundry was free including soap. Just can’t say enough about this place. Also this unit (1) has a very comfortable lounger in the screen room perfect for morning coffee or afternoon naps! My family will be back. - 5/28/2025

Beautiful views and great snorkeling This is our second visit to Aqua Bay Club. It is near perfection -the most stunning views from the balcony, great snorkeling, and a quiet beach. It is also within walking distance to a grocery store. We will miss it, but doubt if we will be returning once they tear down this adorable 3 story building and replace it with a 10 story structure. Lovely property with friendly and helpful staff throughout. Property is very well maintained. Laundry is communal but we never had to line up for it. Even during peak March Break, it did not feel crowded and all vacationers at Aqua Bay were respective of the resort rules around noise, etc. The beach right in front of the property was top-notch: white sand, not rocky, not a lot of seaweed, clear water. You are able to enjoy amazing snorkelling as well without leaving the resort area. Aqua Bay Club was great for our family. The grounds were well maintained and the staff always responded with any questions we had. We stayed in unit 3 (ground level). The unit was very clean and quiet. They had plenty of towels and everything you need while traveling. The unit also had some toys for our kids to play with on the beach. Spring break 2025 Great location, loved the layout of the condos. Our family rented 3 of them side by side for 6 days in March. Easy to get to places but didn't need to go anywhere else for a beach and pool; clean, had everything we needed in the condo because we did eat in for some dinners and everyday for breakfast. Great stay I spent a great deal of time researching the various hotel and condo options on Seven Mile Beach and ultimately booked Aqua Bay, as it offered the best price for the location. We almost booked the Villas of the Galleon, and we're pleased we didn't. Almost every aspect of the condo complex was highly positive. There were three significant drawbacks: 1) In unit #5, the mattresses were well past their prime, making it quite challenging to get a good night's sleep. One mattress had a very extreme sag in the middle portion. 2) The second bathroom had not been renovated, and the shower was very weak and of low quality. 3) The waves at the beach are larger than what you would find near the major resorts in central Seven Mile Beach. It can be pretty challenging for some younger children and older folks to get into the water even on calmer days. This is combined with the rocks/coral that start about 2 feet into the water. It improves slightly if you walk about 5 mins down the beach towards Cemetery Beach. Not a deal breaker, but good to know. Every other aspect of Aqua Bay Club was extremely positive. We stayed for 8 nights starting the last week of June and there were less than four people on the beach (including the neighboring properties). They provided Tide pods for their free laundry. Maid service daily did an amazing job keeping everything clean and tidy. The extremely friendly and accommodating front desk provided us with an additional bed and other items for toddlers. The kitchen was fully stocked and also included a coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc.. There were coffee filters, but you'd likely want to bring spices and as much food as possible. The grocery store was just up the road. I would recommend a rental car as the walk is quite hot, and it looks like they have wheel locks on the grocery carts, which may prevent you from borrowing them (I think they use other methods to allow this). Just note that it can be slightly tricky to exit the parking lot of the condo complex with a car. I'd also recommend getting bottled water, jugs of filtered water, or bringing a water filter as the tap water didn't have a pleasant taste (personal preference). Outdoor propane grills were excellent and kept clean. Most units had snorkel fins and one or two noodles. They have a few floats, but we did not see any leftover sand toys. There was a good amount of fish on the left side of the beach on the rocks, but not much as far as coral. The pool was slightly warmer than the ocean water and was a huge hit with the kids. The pool is illuminated at night. The wifi router is in each unit. Ours did not reach the back bedroom, but did reach out to the pool. A/C was fantastic throughout the whole unit. The property overall was fairly quite. Almost no noise from the pool and the back bedroom did not get much noise from the road. I think that it being behind the office helped block some of the road noise. The beach was immaculate, and there was no seaweed anywhere on Seven Mile Beach. Aqua Bay is quaint, beautiful, and has the kindest, most competent property managers you could ask for. Condo #15 is recently remodeled, bright, clean, and has every amenity you could ask for. It located on possibly the best section of beach in West Bay for snorkeling -- not a crowded area, well north of the large hotels, and you can walk right into the water and find great things the look at. The *second* best part of staying here is the large screened in porch at the back of the condo facing the beach, which you will appreciate during evening mosquito hour! Aqua Bay is a gem and feels like home. It's also less than a 10min., easy walk to one of the major grocery stores (Foster's), which is a huge plus! No complaints whatsoever. - 12/05/2025

Wow, what an amazing place to stay! We stayed in unit 1 and it was perfect. From the moment we opened the front door we knew it was going to be a great vacation. The view was unmatched straight out into the Caribbean. Walked right out our screened porch barefoot past the pool and into the ocean. Floated in our snorkel gear straight down to cemetery beach and back. The house was well maintained and clean. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. Pool was perfect temp in May. Parking was easy. Laundry was free including soap. Just can’t say enough about this place. Also this unit (1) has a very comfortable lounger in the screen room perfect for morning coffee or afternoon naps! My family will be back. - 5/28/2025

The apartment itself was clean, well appointed, and had a spectacular view of the beach. The grounds were well maintained and a real treat to briefly walk through to the beach. You really can’t do better as far as their beach—best sand and water in the Caribbean in our opinion! Words can’t do it justice.

Fantastic location We loved everything about this condo. There is none of that dated ceramic tile flooring, it looks like wood (even though it is tile). Modern and fresh-looking with a bright kitchen. They had a utility sink in a closet in the hallway to hand wash clothes if needed, hooks outside on the screened in balcony's to let your wetsuit to dry. Communication beforehand was great, though we didn't feel the need to very much. The description they provide is very thorough. Well-stocked with flatware, plates, mugs, pots and anything else you may need. We walked two rounds to Cemetary Reef and found the snorkeling at our beach was the same. When we strolled the beach Inhinestly think Aqua Bay had the best set-up. Beautiful grounds with a pool, hot tub, hammocks, and every unit has a view of the beach. - 2/28/2025

Aqua Bay Club was great for our family. The grounds were well maintained and the staff always responded with any questions we had. We stayed in unit 3 (ground level). The unit was very clean and quiet. They had plenty of towels and everything you need while traveling. The unit also had some toys for our kids to play with on the beach. We liked the location because it was quiet and the beach was amazing. We would definitely stay again. - 2/23/2025

Incredible location - white sand, not rocky, no sea wood. The crowd staying here were respectful of noise restrictions. A true oasis from the louder Seven Mile beach crowd. Aqua Bay is quaint, beautiful, and has the kindest, most competent property managers you could ask for. Condo #15 is recently remodeled, bright, clean, and has every amenity you could ask for. It located on possibly the best section of beach in West Bay for snorkeling -- not a crowded area, well north of the large hotels, and you can walk right into the water and find great things the look at. The *second* best part of staying here is the large screened in porch at the back of the condo facing the beach, which you will appreciate during evening mosquito hour! Aqua Bay is a gem and feels like home. It's also less than a 10min., easy walk to one of the major grocery stores (Foster's), which is a huge plus! No complaints whatsoever. - 12/05/2025
