COVID-19 Test Required 1 Day Before Travel to Cayman

Unvaccinated children age 11 and younger are permitted to travel to the Cayman Islands as they will assume the vaccination status of their adult travel companions.

Children between the ages of 5 to 11 will be required to undergo the same testing requirements as adults. Children age four and under will not be required to do any testing.

All travellers aged 5 and above, must provide a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 1 day prior to departure. Both PCR and certified rapid tests are now accepted.

The test can be taken any time the day before the departure, it is not limited to 24 hours before departure. As an example, a test can be scheduled at 8am and the flight can be at 11am the next day. "Departure" is defined by the departure of any connecting flight or transit flight to the Cayman Islands, where the layover between flights is less than twelve hours.
