Cancellation of the reservation

Policies

  • 2 bedroom rate includes up to 4 guests. 1 bedroom includes up to two guests.
  • Payments accepted are American Express, Visa, Master Card, Cash or Travelers Checks.
  • Three day deposit required to confirm reservations.
  • 50% deposit required on all packages.
  • No refunds on unused portions of packages.
  • No additional charges for children under 3 years old.
  • All rates and packages are commissionable to qualified travel agents and wholesalers.
  • Dive, Golf and Escape Package quoted per person based on 4 in a 2 bedroom unit
  • Honeymoon Package quoted per person based on 2 in a 1 bedroom unit, except dates when only 2 bedroom units are available.

Other Charges

  • 6% Gratuity in lieu of tipping
  • 10% Government Tax
  • Driver's license fees and car insurance may apply
